Getting Started
What AdvancedHUD is and the path from an account to a HUD on screen.
AdvancedHUD has three parts that share one project format: the web editor where you design HUDs, the resource pack generator that turns a design into fonts and textures, and the Paper plugin that draws the result for each player.
The whole flow
- Create an account at https://advancedhud.com and confirm your email address.
- Create a project, then create a HUD from a template or from a blank canvas.
- Design in the editor. Changes save automatically.
- Open Servers, choose Connect Server and run the command it shows on your Minecraft server.
- Activate your license on the server with
/advancedhud license activate <key>. - Deploy the project. The server fetches it within about 20 seconds and players see the HUD.
- Edit the HUD and deploy again whenever you want to publish changes.
Requirements
- Paper 1.19.4 to 1.21.8 on Java 17 or newer. Java 21 is recommended.
- A license for each server
- Outbound HTTPS from the server to https://advancedhud.com
- Optional: PlaceholderAPI for third-party placeholders
Players do not install anything. They accept the server resource pack when they join.
